Open anything from the bar
Click a chip, hit ⌘K and type, or press ⌘ plus a number. The app fills the window underneath — full bleed or inset, whichever you prefer.

AuthX signs you in once and each app quietly mints its own session behind the frame. No second prompt, and no credential ever passes between products.
Your bar, your order
Reorder the chips, hide the apps you do not use, and pin the ones you live in to the top of the palette. The bar remembers, per browser.
Give the app the whole screen
Hide the bar with H, or go full screen with F and lose the browser chrome too. Both return on a hover at the top edge, the way a video player does.
One strip of chrome, and you choose how tall
There is no suite sidebar and no suite home screen. An embedded app already brings its own navigation, and stacking a second one beside it makes the suite read as two products bolted together. Everything XSuite needs fits in 36 pixels — and every pixel it gives back goes to the app.

Security
One sign-in is not the same as one session.
XSuite never holds another app's credentials and never forwards a token between products. AuthX is the only thing that authenticates anyone.

XSuite starts the handshake and never sees what comes back. It holds no app token and no password — only the knowledge of which app is on screen.
AuthX is the single identity provider
Every app completes its own OIDC handshake against AuthX. XSuite starts the trip and stays out of it — it never sees a password and never stores an app token.
Each app keeps its own session
An app in the suite mints the same local session it would mint on its own domain. Signing out of one leaves the others exactly as they were.
Same-site by construction
Embedding is only allowed when the launcher, the app, and AuthX all resolve to the same registrable site over an allowed protocol. Anything else opens in its own tab instead.
Nothing crosses the frame boundary
Suite preferences restyle XSuite's own chrome and stop at the frame edge. No script reaches into an embedded app, and no app reaches back out.

The compliment is always the same.
Nobody says the bar looks nice. They say they stopped noticing it — which is the entire point.
I used to keep five tabs open and still lose the one I needed. Now there is one window and a row of chips. I have not thought about tab order in months.
The thing that sold it was leaving Projex mid-form, checking a profile, and coming back to my half-typed text still sitting there. Nothing else we have tried does that.
One sign-in across all five products removed an entire category of support ticket. People stopped asking which password went with which app.
